NextCentury Reports are a quick way for you to view the health, usage, and other information about the properties in your portfolio. These reports can be run on all properties on a company level or one singular property. These reports can be manually run and downloaded or you can schedule them to come to your email on a regular basis.

What Reports are available?
Reports are split into two categories: Summary Reports and Property Reports.
Summary Reports
Summary Reports are only available at the Billing Company level and outline key data for all the properties in your portfolio.
Gateway Status Summary |
Reports on the Gateway connection status for all properties in a Billing Company's portfolio.
Open Alert Summary |
Summarizes active reports for all properties in a Billing Company's portfolio.
Property Health Summary |
Shows what Gateways are on and offline as well as what Transceivers and Repeaters are online or need batteries.
Manual/Import Read Summary |
Shows information regarding manually read properties, which have been updated recently, and errors on properties where reads were not submitted.
Property Reports
Property Reports show information regarding utility usage and other property specific information. These reports can be run at the Company Level, and will report data on all properties in your portfolio, or at the Property Level with information specific to one property.
These Reports include:
Battery |
Shows the battery status of each Transceiver/unit.
Leak Sensor |
Shows the location and description of where water was detected.
Network |
Shows the link quality of devices as well as the last time they checked in.
Temperature |
Shows the temperature and can indicate when it might be cold enough for pipes to freeze.
Usage |
Shows the usage of each Transceiver/unit within a customizable time range.
How do I run reports?
To run a report, navigate to the Reports Tab and select what report you’d like to run. Once you have selected your report you can sort the columns by selecting the ranking you’ld like in the reports table itself:
You can also change the date range to show you’re preferred billing cycle:
How do I create a custom Report?
Creating your own Reports is another feature of our Web Portal, allowing you to create new reports from scratch or by adding on to the existing Property Reports. To start this process select “New Report” and select how you would like to create this report; either “Start from an existing template” or “Start from scratch.”
This option will ask you to select an existing report to build off of. Once you’ve selected what report you’d like to work off of the system will create the report and populate the data for the existing part of the report. You can then select the “+” in the top right of the table to add columns:
Selecting “Start from scratch” will open a box for you to name your report and then gives an option to add columns:
To download a report you can select the blue arrow icon on the bottom right of the report page and the report will be downloaded as a csv file:
To save the report in the Web Portal to be run in the future select the disc icon in the top right of the report page:
How do I schedule Reports?
To schedule a report you can select the “Schedule” tab from the Reports Page:
Then select the Schedule Report button:
This will open up a window to select what Report you’d like to schedule. This list will include our default reports as well as any custom reports you’ve created. Once you’ve selected a Report to schedule the following box will open:
From this screen you can specify the date range you’d like the report to cover, how often you’d like this report to run and under “Delivery” a place to put email addresses you’d like these scheduled reports to be sent to.
