Secure couplings set to the water line and place new gaskets in each end.

Caution
Spacing should allow for meter without pushing, pulling, or kinking the line.
Place the NextMeter and tighten both ends to a max torque of 11 ft-lb using a flat jaw or monkey-style wrench.
Caution
Do NOT overtighten meer couplings as this may result in the gaskets not forming a proper seal
Pressurize the water line and check for any leaks at both connection points
Open the NextMeter register lid. The Meters’s RF LED will blink green when it is able to communicate with its Gateway.
Note
The NextMeter must be programmed in the NextCentury Cloud and its Gateway must be online, in order for it to begin communicating with its Gateway.
