In the Program page on your property, Program your devices
Prepare wire coming from the meter
Using Wiring guide, align wired connections according to the configuration needed
Secure wire into the Degson Connector and attach to TR4
Stick or Screw the included mounting pad onto a surface
Caution
When picking a surface, avoid attaching the device near metal objects that could cause issues with signal quality. Avoid putting them behind water heaters or near heat sources
Press and hold the red button until you see a light to enter configuration mode
Tap the red button to configure the device to the mode that corresponds to your meter.
Remote Configuration
The Cloud Configuration option in the NCSS web portal allows you to remotely configure your TR4s. This can be done before or after installation.
Once you’ve selected the correct unit, select “Edit Unit” to change the device details. In the meter details section, select "Show More." Turn the “Cloud Configured” option on and select the correct configuration.
If you have a large number of devices that will use the same configuration, you can remotely configure all of them simultaneously in the Program tab. In the Cloud Configured column, choose “Yes” for any devices you want to configure. You’ll then be able to adjust the configuration in the Signal Type column.
Cloud Configuration also helps to prevent accidental configuration switches. If the Cloud Configuration option is on and device configuration is changed via the device’s button, the device will quickly return to the correct configuration.
Note: Cloud Configuration is not available for use with GW201s.
