User Account Roles: Features Available to Each Role

Roles: Admin, Billing Manager, and Technicians

When adding user account access to your company or properties, a role can be selected to adjust what information and tools are available to that user on the website and mobile app. 

User Role Summary

Admin

The Admin user has access to all tools and information for your company or properties. They have the ability to add additional users.

Technician

The Technician user has access to all tools and information necessary for creating and editing properties.

An additional "Endorsed Technician" role is available...

The "Endorsed Technician" user-type is a grouping designation to which different settings can be applied. The permissions are otherwise identical to the Technician user-type.

Typically this grouping is used by listing employees that work for the billing company as "Technicians" and listing outside independent contractors as "Endorsed Technicians."

View the designated tools and views which are available to Technician-type users.

Billing Manager

The Billing Manager role is able to view all information and run reports for your company and properties. They are not able to edit property device programming.

Property Operator

The Property Operator role is able to view property information. They are not able to edit any property information.

Other Roles

Accountant: 

The Accountant user role has access to your company payments and billing information. 

Developer:

The Developer user role has all permissions and is recommended for use with accounts used to authorize API integrations.
