This article covers FAQs related to tamper, leak, connection, battery, temperature, power loss, high consumption, and low consumption alerts.
Leak Alerts are detected at the Transceiver level after detecting sustained usage over a 48-hr period.
After the alert is generated, it is visible on the Web Portal and Mobile App.
Email notifications for Leak Alerts are bundled with any other alerts and sent once per day.
Freeze Alerts are generated when a Transceiver programmed to a water utility reaches a temperature at or below 36°F (2°C).

Email notifications for Freeze Alerts are bundled with any other alerts and sent once per day.
Connection Alerts are generated 72 hours after the device was last heard from.
At this point, the alert is visible on the Web Portal and Mobile App.
Email notifications for Connection Alerts are bundled with any other alerts and sent once per day.
When the battery voltage life drops below 10% a Battery Alert is generated.
Yes, 3rd party transmitters include a low-voltage flag in their check-in message when the battery is getting low. This triggers a Battery Alert.
Reporting per property
- A downloadable report for alerts is not available. However, the most up-to-date list of Alerts can be viewed and filtered on the Property's Alerts page.
Reporting Over Multiple Properties:
- The Reports page has a "Property Health Summary" report which includes some alert metrics
- The Alerts Page gives the most up-to-date summary of current alerts over all properties
