The new and improved CSV Uploader makes adding property programming easy and convenient. This feature allows for fast uploads of CSV files to append or create new properties.
Upload CSV to an Existing Property
Ensure that the column headers match the NextCentury format
Use this header for utility types:
- All Water
- Cold Water
- Hot Water
- Commercial Water
- Gas
- Electric
- Run Time
- Thermal Usage
Use this header for device serial numbers:
- Transceivers
- Remote Readers
- 3rd party devices
Serial Numbers may be entered in either hexadecimal or decimal formats.
Use this header for meter signal type (specific to TR4, RR301-TR, and RR4-TR devices):
- Pulse
- Encoded
Use this header for meter information:
- Model Name
- Multiplier
- Unit of Measure
Meter types must follow the following format: “Model Name (xMultiplier Unit of Measure)”
- e.g. M201C (x10 Gallons)
Use this header for any documented accessory devices:
- Pulse Converters
- 3rd party remote readers
- etc.
From the property Equipment page, select File and Upload a CSV File
Drag and drop the CSV file or select it from your computer by clicking on the prompt
Select the appropriate upload option
This will upload the file as a property reference document (this does not affect programming)
Uploaded files can be found on the property Details page, under Docs
This appends programming from the CSV file, leaving any existing programming on the property intact
This replaces any existing programming with programming from the CSV file
To finish, select Save Programming
After reviewing the upload, select Save Changes
Upload CSV as New Property

From the Properties page, select Add Property and Upload Property File
Drag and drop the CSV file or select it from your computer by clicking on the prompt
Select the appropriate upload option
This will upload the file as a reference document to a chosen property (this does not affect programming)
Select the Billing Company and Property name that the file will be attached to and select Upload
Uploaded files can be found on the property Details page under Docs
This will create a new property from the CSV file.
Select Create
Enter new property information and select Create Property
To finish, select Save Programming
After reviewing the upload, select Save Changes
