You can create and program an Inovonics property in the NextCentury Web Portal by uploading its .SDF or .BAK backup file.
The upload adds the property layout, transmitter programming and site visit notes to a new property listing, so you don't need to create the listing first. The NextCentury Gateway is then ready to start reading the property's transmitters.
There are two ways to upload the file.
Drag and drop the file
Sign in to the NextCentury Web Portal. Any page works.
Drag the .SDF or .BAK file from your computer onto the browser window.
Wait while the property is created and programmed. The new property listing opens when it's done.
Choose the file
Open the Home menu and select Properties.
Select + Add Property at the top left of the property list.
Select Upload Property File.
Choose the .SDF or .BAK file on your computer.
