Health and security alerts

Alerts tell you when something needs attention at a property. They're created automatically when an issue is detected: equipment that's been opened, gone offline, lost power or is low on battery (Equipment Health Alerts), and unusual temperatures or usage (Smart Security Alerts).

You choose which alerts are on, for one property or for your whole portfolio, and who gets notified about them. See Turn on alerts and set up notifications.

NextCentury web portal Alerts page, Settings tab, with Alerts selected in the Home menu on the left. A drop-down at the top reads NextCentury Alerts. Under Equipment Health Alerts are four alerts, each switched on, with a gear icon to its right: Tamper, Automatically detect when someone tampers with your equipment; Connection, Be informed when equipment goes offline; Power Loss, Be alerted when your equipment is unplugged from power; and Battery, Know exactly when batteries start running low.
