Send reports to an FTP or SFTP server

Scheduled reports can be sent to your company's FTP or SFTP server each day, week or month, depending on how often the report is scheduled to run.

Other ways to get report data

You can also email scheduled reports to your contacts, or pull data with the NextCentury API.

In the Web Portal, open the Home menu and select API.

How reports are organized

Reports go into a folder for the property's management company, then a folder for the property, inside your root path:

Root path / Management company / Property name / Report.csv

Every report scheduled for a property goes into that property's folder. For example:

Report folders on an FTP server, in a file browser's column view. From left to right: Root Directory; then two management company folders; then the property folders inside the first company folder, PropertyA and PropertyB; then the reports inside PropertyA, TodaysReport.csv and YesterdaysReport.csv.

Report file names

Each file is named after the report's title, which you set when you create a custom report. A title that says what the report covers, like the property or date range, makes the files easier to find.
