Run, schedule, and download reports

Reports show the health, usage and other details of the properties in your portfolio. You can run them for all your properties at the company level, or for one property. Run and download them yourself, or schedule them to arrive by email or FTP on a regular basis.

Create a custom report

You can build your own report, starting from an existing one or from scratch.

On the Reports tab, select + New Report.

Choose how to start, then select Next:

  • Start from an existing template: choose a report to build on. Its columns and data are filled in for you.
  • Start from scratch: the report starts with no columns.

Web portal New Report window. It reads Create a custom report to see exactly what matters to you, and has two options: Start from an existing template, and Start from scratch. Cancel and Next are at the bottom right.

Give the report a Title, then select Done. The title is also the report's file name, including when it's sent to an FTP or SFTP server, so a name that says what the report covers makes the files easier to find.

Web portal Report Details window, with a Title field (showing Untitled Report until you type a name) and Cancel and Done buttons at the bottom right.

Add columns: select + at the top right of the table, or + Add Columns in a new report.
