STFP Functionality Now Available

You can now choose SFTP for automated reports.

One of the most important benefits we offer to our users is flexibility. Not only do we provide a suite of metering products that you can tailor to your specific needs, but we make it easy to get the data from those products in the way that works best for you. For many of our users, our web portal provides all of the information they need on a platform that's simple to navigate.

For users that need a little more customization, we have reports. With a collection of pre-made reports as well as the ability to create your own, it's easy to get any piece of meter data in a file that you can do just about anything with. On top of that, we've given users the ability to schedule reports to automatically be sent to an email or an FTP server without any extra effort.

What's New

We've added the ability to choose SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) to give you more options when setting up automated reports. Now when you set up a report using FTP, you can choose the protocol that works for best you. To learn how to do this, see Setting up FTP or SFTP for Automatic Reports.
