Run a report
Open the Reports tab and select the report.
To sort the report, select a column heading. Select more headings to sort by them next.
To match your billing cycle, change the date range at the top.
Create a custom report
You can build your own report, starting from an existing one or from scratch.
On the Reports tab, select + New Report.
Choose how to start, then select Next:
- Start from an existing template: choose a report to build on. Its columns and data are filled in for you.
- Start from scratch: the report starts with no columns.
Give the report a Title, then select Done. The title is also the report's file name, including when it's sent to an FTP or SFTP server, so a name that says what the report covers makes the files easier to find.
Add columns: select + at the top right of the table, or + Add Columns in a new report.
Download or save a report
To download a report as a CSV file, select the blue download button at the bottom right of the report. To open it in Excel without losing any formatting, see Open report files in Excel without losing formatting.
To keep a report in the Web Portal so you can run it again later, select the save icon at the top right.
Schedule a report
On the Reports tab, select Schedule.
Select + Schedule Report and choose the report. The list includes the standard reports and any custom reports you've saved.
Choose the date range the report covers and how often it runs.
Choose how the report is delivered, then select Schedule.
Select + Add Email and enter the address the report should go to. To add more recipients, select + Add Email again. To remove one, hover over the address and select the trash can icon.
Check FTP Upload. If you've already added your server details, the server address shows on that line. To add or change them, select the server address or Add FTP Info Here. See Send reports to an FTP or SFTP server.
